Sean McGoldrick
TREASURER
Born and bred in Brooklyn, NY, Sean has been in the real estate business for almost two decades. After earning a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Sean spent several years as an analyst at Bear Stearns & Co. before moving to the music industry, becoming a controller in 1993, specializing in financial analysis and cash management. Founding M&M RE Holdings in 2007 with Chris, Sean has handled all financial and cash management duties for the company.Sean has been involved with RDP since 2017 as a volunteer and team leader, becoming treasurer in 2020.

Anne Schumann
BOARD DIRECTOR
Anne Schuman is a lawyer licensed to practice in the New York State and Federal Courts. She worked in litigation and Appellate law in New York City until her retirement. Thereafter, she began volunteering in various agencies including The Red Door. Ultimately, she devoted her volunteer efforts exclusively to Red Door and was delighted for the opportunity to offer her services to the Bridging The Gap program.

Jacques Black
BOARD DIRECTOR
For 40 years, Jaques was a principal and co-owner of a mid-sized architecture firm in NYC which specialized in the design of health care facilities. In 2019, upon his retirement, Jaques was looking for volunteer opportunities in order to be able to do some good works. Through NYCares, Jaques found the Red Door Place. Upon meeting Teresa Concepcion who was the founder and director, Jaques knew that this was a special place with a special purpose and has been involved ever since. Jaques is also an active member of Grace Church in NYC, an active supporter of the mission of The Red Door Place

Mercedes Cruz

Franco Rolon
CHEF
Franco Rolon has been a chef at The Red Door Place from its inception creating delicious and healthy meals for The Community Meal Program. He has also been an integral part of the smooth operation of the food pantry. His mentor, muse, and, often times, mom-like presence, Teresa Concepción, the founder of The Red Door Place, taught him everything he knows about food preparation and management. He is honored to carry on her legacy of serving the underserved in the community.

Yana Anilovich
DIRECTOR, THE ATTIC
After decades navigating the academic and corporate worlds, Yana now delights in running The Attic at the Red Door—a quirky, cozy treasure trove that began as a winter coat drive. These days, it’s bursting with everything from clothes for all seasons to baby booties to books, dog kibble to disco dresses (well, almost). She loves finding just the perfect thing for the Attic guests. -
Sally Rudoy
COORDINATOR, BRIDGING THE GAP
Sally Rudoy, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. She has worked in private and agency settings treating mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. She began volunteering at The Red Door in 2019 and was honored to be included in the design of RDP’s wrap-around service offering, the Bridging the Gap Program.

It’s all about building a strong community at The Red Door Place. And for us, that community begins with our dedicated team of volunteers. Their commitment runs deep; most have been with us for years. Sorting, packing, cooking, serving, organizing and much, much more, they make it possible for us to prepare and distribute thousands of bags of healthy groceries and delicious meals each week.
